Caroline Badinelli Triumphs on Client's Behalf in Family Law Case

The Lorenzana Law Firm's own attorney Caroline Badinelli secured a sound victory in court recently for a client in Williamson County. Ms. Badinelli represented the father in a divorce which involved one child, a daughter. The parties were able to settle at mediation, where Badinelli obtained both a 50-50 split in possession, as well as the right to determine primary residence of the child (for purposes of the school district) for her client. Ms. Badinelli also was able to get the court to grant the father reimbursement for the child's cost of health insurance coverage at the mother's expense. The mother sought statutory child support, expanded possession, and primary residence designation. The settlement was reached in early February before Judge McMasters in County Court at Law 4. We at the Lorenzana Law Firm extend much-deserved congratulations to Ms. Badinelli for her victory and take great pride in counting her amongst our ranks.
